We connect Alzheimer's patients with research.

"It's not just remembering that's important. It's remembering with the ones you love."

Are you, or a loved one, losing memory due to Alzheimer's? While a cure for Alzheimer's is still on the horizon, researchers are working on new ways to help slow down memory loss and better treat the disease.

If you've been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, or are experiencing the symptoms of Alzheimer's, researchers want to talk to you. You may qualify for a study designed to treat Alzheimer's with investigational drugs which can slow declines in memory loss.

Please tell us about your memory loss, and a research representative will contact you with information. There are no costs associated with these studies, and you may be compensated for your participation. All research studies are coordinated with Research Physicians.

Complete the survey below. If you are a spouse or other caretaker, please complete this survey with as much information as you are able.
