Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Ads & Graphic Design)
AutoCruitment is a small, fast-growing, and completely web-based company, so you'll likely get experience on many different projects across the organization. We specialize in recruiting and matching patients to clinical trials in their area. Utilizing successful online marketing strategies, we recruit patients who are carefully screened through our portal and then matched with nearby qualifying studies.

You’re a Targeting Guru. Whether it’s Adwords or Facebook Ads you know how to target the perfect audience. You monitor campaigns closely, optimizing what works and restructuring what doesn’t. You always put every marketing dollar to optimal use.
You love A/B testing. You love keeping a pulse on new marketing trends and testing new ideas. Whether it’s targeting ad campaign or design ideas, you are constantly testing new variations to improve results.
You create all kinds of amazing content. Whether it’s an enticing Instagram image or an educational LinkedIn infographic, you can create it all. You will monitor and nurture the company’s online presence to its fullest potential and maximize its reach.
You’re a Social Media Whiz. You’ll create fun and results-driven content for our social media across a variety of channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). You understand the demographics of each channel and cater the perfect content to attract their attention.
You have a user-centred approach to content design. You utilize user research to inform your writing. You know the vocabulary we use in each interface is a critical part of the experience. You are familiar with the process of user-centred design and you've worked hand-in-hand with marketers and designers.
You love collaboration and feedback. You understand that great design doesn't happen in a vacuum. You believe in sharing your work early, openly, and often. You enjoy teaming up with project managers, developers, marketers, site engagement specialists, and/or patients to help make the design team's work as effective as possible.
You are resourceful. You know how to work across functions to exceed marketing and business goals. You work diligently to ensure all active projects progress.
You are a master multitasker. You are always launching new campaigns or updating targeting parameters for ongoing trials. You are generating new and innovative ideas for our social media campaigns. You can balance and prioritize these demands without getting overwhelmed and keep driving goals across the finish line. If things get tough, you actively communicate with the team to help smooth any problems.
You love helping others. You are the first to jump in and suggest new ideas or alternative designs. You love sharing knowledge with the rest of your team. You listen to the needs of others and help meet them.
What you’ll be doing
Maximizing paid ad campaigns for optimal ROI across all viable platforms.
Distilling complex ideas into easy to follow infographics for public consumption.
Developing intriguing social media content to generate user interactions.
Working with our marketers to implement and directly contribute to our evolving marketing strategy.
Regularly seeking out and sharing feedback to help improve the overall quality of our marketing, our product and design thinking.
Experiment: this is a Startup, so we’re open to change as we are constantly growing and learning.
What you’ll need to do it
A master of the Adobe Suite and Google Ads.
Ability to synthesize feedback from multiple sources and find a path forward.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
Possess a proven track record of successfully managing paid ad campaigns for business needs.
A strong capacity for quality follow-through; when given a task, you take ownership and complete it.
A thirst for knowledge and learning; you continue to expand your design and marketing skills to become more adept, more innovative, and more versatile.
Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to distil complex ideas in simple ways. (We’re a web-based company - clear and effective communication with the team is key!)
